Cheese ravioli and creamy rucola sauce



Quick and delicious pasta meal is made of fresh pasta, frozen spinach and rucola. The biggest task is to peel and chop the onion.

Ainesosat:
1 pkg cheese ravioli

2 dl cream
3 dl milk
50 g rucola
50 g spinach
2 onion
turnip rape oil
parmesan
salt, black pepper

Chop onion and stir fry in turnip rape oil. Rinse and drain rucola, chop or tear the leaves into small pieces. Add to the onion and fry quickly. Add cream, milk and frozen spinach. Let simmer for a moment. Boil ravioli according to the package instructions, ususally around three minutes.

Finalize with grated parmesan.
