Reindeer fillet and whipped tomato sauce



Tomato sauce turns into a fluffy foam in a mixer, and carefully surrounds the slices of reindeer fillet on jasmin rice bed.

Ingredients:
Jasmin rice

2 fillets of reindeer
50 g butter
Black pepper

400 g tomato
5 cloves of garlic
20 cm leek
sweet pepper
70 g tomato puree
turnip rape oil
sesame oil
white balsamic vinegar
ground coriander
cheyenne pepper
1,5 dl oat cream
herbal salt
