Pan fried reindeer and mashed mushroom potato



The traditional meal from Lappland gets a little bit different character when mashed potato is spiced up by toasted cubes of mushroom.

Ingredients:
750 g reindeer meat
100 g butter
2,5 dl water

500 g champignon
1 kg potatoe

100 g lingonberry
fructose
