Spaghetti and mushroom sauce



Stir frying pasta with mushroom sauce gives the spirit of fusion kitchen to the meal. In spite of the cream, the meal feels light, since tomato and spring onion are added only just before serving.

Ingredients:
full corn spaghetti

champignon
1 dl cream
turnip rape oil
garlic
ground coriander
chili
cocoa
black pepepr
salt
plum tomato
spring onion
