Chinese New Year: Sea spirited buffet dinner

To celebrate Chinese New Year we collected a tasty sea themed buffet. Green parmesan salad brought some lighter and healthier flavour.

Shrimp-apple salad:
shrimp
lemon balm
mayonnaise
lemon juice
apple
lemon


Saladi:
rucola and romaine lettuce
parmesan
avocado
olive oil



Sweet chili prawn:
tiger prawn
sweet chili sauce



Salmon pie:
800 g salmon
champignon
onion
sour cream
2 eggs
parmesan
cream
sweet pepper

Sweet potato and coriander chicken

I had a couple of sweet potatoes left in the fridge. I put them in the oven and chicken slices on the frying pan. In no time, tasty dinner was ready.

Ingredients:
sweet potato
chicken filet slices
2 dl sour cream
2 dl cream
fresh coriander
syrup
black pepper
salt
parmesan

Cheese ravioli and creamy rucola sauce

Quick and delicious pasta meal is made of fresh pasta, frozen spinach and rucola. The biggest task is to peel and chop the onion.

Ainesosat:
1 pkg cheese ravioli

2 dl cream
3 dl milk
50 g rucola
50 g spinach
2 onion
turnip rape oil
parmesan
salt, black pepper

Chop onion and stir fry in turnip rape oil. Rinse and drain rucola, chop or tear the leaves into small pieces. Add to the onion and fry quickly. Add cream, milk and frozen spinach. Let simmer for a moment. Boil ravioli according to the package instructions, ususally around three minutes.

Finalize with grated parmesan.
